Located in one of the small streets of Triplicane, I was told that this is an age old place, started by a huge fan of Bharathiar. The place felt very authentic, with a simple menu and minimalistic interiors. So minimalistic that they felt the need to completely avoid any chairs! All you have to do is stand cozily on one of the tables mounted to the wall and be satisfied with every bite you take. Just like a fast food restaurant chain, you have to order before and pay upfront to get your items and then you self serve. There are no need for waiters and thus; the limited space is all ours to stand and feast. Had plenty of dishes as we went as a gang of 5 and we ordered chapathis, masala dosas, adai aviyal, vazhapoo vada, etc. Felt very much like home food and loved every bit of our dinner. Fun fact: the lavish menu is printed on the walls outside and you know what’s available when you see clothing-clips stuck on the side of the line item (picture attached) Will definitely visit again and an easy 5 star for the cozy, delicious and hot food they serve!

Just visit there once. I've been there around 20 times. There are no seats in the restaurant, it's a small place where you can eat as much as you can without burning your pocket. Awesome food, every thing that is served here tastes fantastic. Idiyappam - Thenga paal - Fantastic.. The best part is, the food is prepared without any food additive, preservatives, colour or any artificial taste enhancers.

Have been here before 5 years. The taste was really good, the shop in Triplicane was very small but the food tasted really good.

The quality of food they give is very good.But there is not even a chair to sit here.Also the prices of exorbitant for a hotel with no chairs.Parcel is recommended.For bachelors can try this hotel once in a week.

Tried meals... nice taste for the money we spent.. 70 plus rs.. i expected something exceptional as many gave reviews by word of mouth.. but sambar and rasam i found it a bit salty..
