The service provided to us by Ashish Gupta was so good. Food was also very good. Food service came very fast. Only recommendation is to improve ambience. Although the place is only 2 years old, there is a lot of cracked paint and mosquitoes

Ashish Gupta was the host who took care of our group and was tireless during the service. Usually the food in the restobars of chennai is not great but this was exceptional !!

really good food and very nice and quick service. The zomato offer makes this place a deal breaker. I'm not sure why this place is not crowded.

it was an average experience for us...the food was good, however, the menu can be improved with more options. The service was poor. No cutlery and water provided unless asked repeatedly. most of the time we couldn't find any server in the room.

The entire time we were there, the place was completely empty, there was no music nor air. We had to request multiple times before the AC was switched on at a minimal temperature. The food and drinks were served very quickly as soon as we ordered and that was a good plus point. The quality of food was great, and the quality of drinks was good. Ambience wise it's a complete zero as they didn't even try anything even after having customers in. We were rushed out of the place asking us to pay the bill and get out ASAP. The servers/waiters did their best and they have an excellent staff, but I believe the management could have been way better to handle customer requests more actively.

Poor service - the waiters had no clue on the dishes, food quality and quantity was very ordinary for the price, not for families (shares entrance with the Slate), common kitchen with slate - delayed service

Absolutely ridiculous, they served me Chicken instead of Paneer. I was there two nights ago, and the place was empty, literally. Should have been my cue to leave but I thought — wait, let me give it a shot. I had to give the order thrice, twice to the person who was waiting my table and once to another person because the person who was waiting my table didn’t get my order right. It gets worse, 15 minutes later I was told that one of the dishes that I had ordered was not available and they confirmed the rest of my order. Again. Which makes the number of times I have repeated my order — four times. And nearly 45-50 minutes later, they served us my order, almost. Two Naans, A Goan prawn recheado, and instead of my Paneer labadar, they served Butter Chicken, which I didn’t realise until my first bite since I was already restless due to the delay and I just wanted to eat and leave. It’s absolutely horrendous, I wasn’t supposed to be eating meat for the whole month. And had them replace my order right away. Though they were very apologetic about what had conspired, I truly believe it’s because of how lethargic and lazy the whole team was. I didn’t want to raise the roof that day since I had company, so ate the very average tasting, delivered late Paneer labadar with some “room temperature” naan by now, paid my bills and left. Horrendous.

The service is very very poor.with literally 3-4 tables were occupied and still for each and everything u have to wait for 15-20 minutes.no taste at all in the food and very limited options for vegetarian
