The ambience was really cool and pleasant. The seating was great and comfortable. I tried only the vegetarian options, so I can comment only on the veg food, which was okay. Overall, it was a nice experience with a great ambience and comfortable seating.

All the items we ordered were excellent …Service was impeccable . Abi was outstanding in taking care of us. Nice atmosphere . Worth the money and time spent

80% of drinks in menu card (single malt) was not available..total let down Food was very good 9.5/10 service is 10/10 , Extremely quick service good ambience Good valet parking Except drinks everything was amazing

We went on a Wednesday night. It used to be my favourite go to place. We went on the first floor. The guy who served us showed so much attitude don’t know for what. We have never faced this before in black orchid. Don’t know his name, but if he doesn’t want to work there might as well fire him.

we order spicy mango and as mentioned it was a mocktail but it was plain tropicana mango. And when questioned about the pricing and what they serve us the server told us if we come out to such places we need to pay this much and every place serves the same. Well, as customers we have the right to ask for what we pay and it's worth it. It's not about the money it's about how as customers we feel satisfied and valued.

Good was super average. I’ve visited multiple times and it was worst experience this time. Infact our table wasn’t attended promptly. Had such a tiring time for just a meal. Waiters there aren’t prompt or speed enough. They are so damn slow and low on energy. Just not great experience

I checked my last few transactions.. no where the convenience fee charged above 50.. it’s very less only every dining transaction.. this time not sure system glitch or other issue it was 500
