I visited this place around 3:30, and it was completely empty, felt like I had the whole place to myself, VIP style 😅 I was really hungry, so I went straight for the Paneer Tikka Two Ways. You get two flavours with six pieces in total. The paneer was soft and beautifully cooked, not dry at all. It paired really well with the pineapple-based sauce and the pudina chutney. I liked it so much that I ordered another plate. Couldn’t stop there, so I tried the Chicken Tikka Two Ways too, one malai version and one spicy version. The malai was creamy and mild, while the spicy one had a good kick. Both were juicy and nicely grilled. It felt satisfying, filling, and honestly worth ordering again. Also, you get good discounts if you book through Dineout or the District app, which makes it even better.

Only 5 starts because I was with my girl and wherever im with her, that place is 5 stars. Her company is the best. A1 since day1🫡. Had 1 jug beer with my girl and it was the best. Had such a great time after so long!! Will come back with my girlfriend again 🍻

vibe was very nice; apparently chicken dish was pretty ordinary, my guest couldn't finish it. I had Veg, n it was fine. am giving this 5 star, only for the ambience and the discount we ended up with - due to Amex tieup.

Had a mediocre experience at Black Orchid recently. On arrival,we were informed our Zomato booking wasn't valid anymore and we had to pay directly. We were seated in a loud table at the centre of the restaurant,despite multiple requests for a more relaxed seating arrangement. The starters and mains were good but we were hugely disappointed with the dessert and the subsequent rude service from the lady attending to us. We had ordered Biscoff ice cream cake. The ice cream had literal ice crystals in them. Such a missed opportunity, considering the rest of the components were actually good. The real disappointment came when we informed of the poor quality of the ice cream to the staff, and were met with such rudeness from her, we were taken aback. She told it was a "frozen dessert" and was supposed to be like that. As ridiculous as that sounds, she came up with more lazy excuses that the ice cream was bought from a outside vendor and it's not their fault.

They take bookings from district but whole paying the bill with discount they are like we don’t accept paymets through district for certain tables Then we have to talk nd argue and they accept the payment through district A little disappointed with this behaviour

staff kept interrupting and hurrying us even though the restaurant was empty, it was the middle of the afternoon, and we were ordering at a normal pace... I don't understand why.
