expected much. but the visual look was bad and didn't taste quite well. the ingredients were only on the top.

Yesterday ( 05/05/2020 ) i ordered food online thru zomato ( two biriyani to be precise ). I called up the delivery executive and asked him to give the proper side dishes which they usually give for both my biriyanis.The delivery guy gave the phone to the hotel staff ( Blue Bay the Senior Chef restaurant )and right from the start of the conversation that guy attitude was very horrible.He not only rejected what I was trying to say, but bruntly refused to give the side dish (brinjal pachidi and onion raitaa, which usually comes with the biriyani ).The invalid reason he gave for not giving me the same was, he JUST OPENED THE RESTAURANT AND HE CANT GIVE ME WHAT I AM ASKING. Do you believe this. I am not asking anything OUT OF THE WAY. I am asking only WHAT SHOULD THEY GIVE ME FOR MY ORDER. Its pathetic that such renowned app like ZOMATO should keep these restaurant as their clients and I totally condemn this for the physical stress and mental strain that i went throught because of this.

I ordered mutton and beef rice from blue bay I'm usually order food from that restaurant, but I get both rices without any pieces of meat only corn flour piece on that...... I'm complaint on zomato a representative person devendar talking to me I concen about the fault he told that piece on that food people see any meat on that..... I'm feed that food for my dog . My dog also deiend the food u can see their he slept don't eat that food. but blue bay don't do before this thing.. I never expected, zomato customer service is very bad

Please be aware of what you cook and confirm whether you are cooking the same order that you've received... I have ordered lollipop but received chilli chicken.. Quite desperate thing... I never liked that dish.. At least try to rectify this so that it won't be happening anymore...

It's actually not a restaurant It's a fast food stall that's it.. Requesting zomato admin to visit the place directly and check out by themselves. Kindly remove such a dirty place from the app and save the ppl's hard earned money

It’s a fast food not restaurant . Please differentiate between restaurants n fast food so it will much more easier to choose at late night for last order. I know how fast food tastes.

It's a small street side fast food stall , which has nice name alone . I have seen this place in person and I would never order here . Do your research before buying here.

Worst quality food and also changes the order while packing. Not recommended to go to this Restaurant. Packing is not good not all. bad experience
