Had this Salted caramel brownie ice cream 🍨 Ice cream wise it was neat and nice Brownie wise was surprised wherein it was okish being a brownie spott.. it should be great cuz I’ve had their assorted brownie and hands down one of the best brownies I’ve had in chennai till date.

Regular visited place whenever I crave for brownie! Great taste and good service. Combo brownies are affordable than the one you can get separately. Presentation makes the food more appetizing.

Of all things sweet, if you happen to be a brownie buff, then the place to ravage is Brownie Heaven at Royapettah Chennai. It's gooey brownie stuff all the way, in all its forms and what's not to love about it??!! Sticky, slurpy, chompy, licky, syrupy, oozy and totally drooly.  And, we were a bunch that was brash and shameless. The staff and service are okay, the seating is limited to just a few tables. The pricing, btw, is a bit high.

Saw brownie heaven as the top most rated place on Zomato, but to my irony one of the worst brownies I've ever had. No taste at all. Tgeybwere heard ,not at all goey with just chocolate sauce over powering the taste of everything. Even the vanilla ice cream was substandard. The staff had no idea about what to serve and recommend to us. Not worth the high price at all for such small portion with ZERO taste. Please give an option for refunding 😡😡 . I've been reviewing places for 10 years or more but this has to be one of the worst encounters. Management please take note.

my dad ordered an assorted box. when we came down to the final one,we spotted strands of plastic fibre in the brownie. pls be cautious this can happen to anyone. shame on such a highly rated place to serve poor quality food like this. I have attached the pics for reference

cheated on the bill. charged 160 for nachos n dips when it was marked 110 on the menu card.
