Ambiance - Standard Price - 3.5/5 Quality of food - 3.5/5 Service - 3.5/5 Standard BK outlet (poor man's eatery in country of origin & high class restaurant in here) serving standard (cold) food heated in a professionally trained methodology. The folks whoever served during our order was quite good, so in that terms, service was good. One worthy point to mention is, BK's french fries are way too better than McD's french fries that is more salted (or chemicals in form of salt). Burgers are also satisfying as well. Anyday, our preference is BK over McD

The counter staff at Burger King in VR Mall lack all the qualities required for this service industry. They don't wish you or smile and seem unconcerned of your needs. During the time I was waiting for my order, they received a few deliveries, one of the staff almost threw down a carton box on the counter startling other customers standing there. Neither did he apologise or express any regret. Management please take note of the overall situation.

who the hell are they to decide what will I eat? . If I'm asking burger just give me burger . They denied giving me burger saying that it comes only in combo .why should I buy combo? Worst trying to loot money . Some people will buy combo out of prestige problem as there is over crowd around counter of burger king in VR Mall . Have management decided this kind of menu ? Or Staff playing with menu . Kindly answer for this and i request peole to ask for burger and not buy entire combo to satisfy their ego.

I ordered burger 2 fiery chicken burger , to my shock when I opened it I noticed some green patch over the bun , upon taking a closer look I see it is green mold on the bun . Burger King don't you have any food safety measures ? Do you server such contaminated food to your customers ? I am highly disappointed with such service from a reputed company. Zomato need to take strict against this act.

Ordered 4 burgers but received only 3 burgers... Seal was not open... Called the outlet but no proper response from the outlet... Asked in Zomato chat still no response... Pls don't buy here... Taste also wasn't good.

Worst experience. Ordered for chicken burger with 2 patty... Received the same like 2 buns and 2 patties in between. No cheese.. No onion.. No lettuce no sauce.. Nothing..
