Had a nice coffee with my dear and chocolate cake and my favorite cafe frappe and toffee frappe....fast service.. clean and neat...well maintained restaurant...

I will not review about the menu n the quality of the menu as people are already familiar with the renowned brand of CCD. But sharing my thoughts about the place, it is nice outlet with decent interior with good playlist. We have place to sit outside too. I would suggest to visit the place at night with less crowd and nice view of OMR road. Parking won't be a problem here. Only thing I am slightly disappointed with is the staff, which I found a bit less professional seeing the status n other outlets of brand.

No need to tell about the taste and quality of the food in CCD. It's the best. Went with my sister and ordered cafe mocha, cappuccino, big crunch veg/chicken classic burgers. Ambience is really good and service is also good. It's really nice to be there in the evening time. A very good experience

CCD review would always be classic. The mango milkshake was a disappointment as it was not as expected to be. But Cafe Frappe rocked it altogether. What I had this time : Cafe Frappe Mango Milkshake Rating : Coffee - 4.5/5 Service - 5/5 Ambience - 5/5 Value For Money - 4.5/5

Typical cozy CCD You come in to chill, have a good cup of coffee, probably get a sandwich and just hang. However, one must try the sizzling brownie. I customised it with vanilla ice cream and dollops of whipped cream. It was the ultimate soul food experience. Pure bliss!

Ordered spinach corn cheese multigrain sandwich, which looks more or less like a sub and it tasted great. Vanilla capucchino was good too. Great packing and efficient serve. Overall experience was good.

Decent place to chat and eat. Whatever served tastes good. But not all items on menu are served. The new big menu card on display at counter looks like a show piece with the items mostly unavailable. Service is good with a few staff and very casual and careless with other staff members. Needs a bit of training on customer handling. Good ambience. Wifi can be used by people with patience. High speed network with high speed disconnection.

Has a chilled out ambience like all CCDs. A good place to have a relaxed chat. The brownie we ordered was served cold. They heated it only after we asked to. And even the table was cleaned after asking. Staff service can be improved.

The worst coffee day of my life with worst service, we visited on 16-Jul-2022 , we ordered desert which hardly takes 2 mins to heat up, but after 1 hour and 2 follow ups we got the not heated brownie and cold Sandwich, which we have to request again to heat up...the service was so frustrating that v ll never visit another cafe coffee day in few months
