Food was good but the service was too bad ! Ignored for water and cutlery!!! Plates and cutlery were brought after 15 mins of serving the food ! Waitress did not bother to check for our order after multiple request , later found out she was simply chatting down with the staff! After direct approach to the staff got to know the order placed was given to someone else and it was over ! Sad experience! Would not recommend

We randomly watch videos of fake reviews given by Food bloggers on Insta. and visit such cafe , and our expectation and experience goes terribly wrong. please avoid this cafe. worst service. no scope for improvement.

Mumbai to Chennai for a cafe experience… but Cafe Mannan really missed the mark. Food was disappointing (nachos = dahi chaat 😭) and management wasn’t any better. Not recommending this one.

If you want to know what incompetence is, visit this café. 7:00 pm: Reaches the café. Asked to wait for a table for 2 7:10 pm: Two tables get free. Still not seated. Manager and waiters avoid and don’t bother to respond even after pointing out there are two free tables 7:30 pm: Made to wait another 20 mins to get a table. 15 mins after seating ,still no one to take an order 7:45 pm: No cold brews available. Reason – Barista on leave. Chocolate croissant - Not available. Cold Chocolate - Not available. A few starters that we wanted – Not available. Our question - what’s available so we will order from that, was met with the response of everything else but mind you, they have already mentioned that 8 items on the menu are not available. At this point we were like, why have such an elaborate menu when all you have to say is it’s not available and can’t be capable enough to list items that are available. I must specially call out Mr. Sanjit – all he could do was move around the café with no purpose whatsoever and not even stop a minute to respond to customers and quick to dismiss servers who wanted to seat us. After 45 minutes of waiting, we had to walk out of the café. What a disappointing experience!

The cafe was sub par compared to many others in town. the food was average, nothing to stand out especially for the prices charged We ordered fries, fried chicken for starters and it was too oily without flavour the mexican chicken pizza hardly had any chicken pizzas on it the grilled chicken was chewy ordered mango sando for dessert which had mango pieces only on top, the sando had only cream and no more mango in the fill. all we could taste was fried bread with cream and the mango taste was hardly making it s way into the dessert

Over cooked grilled chicken with very oily vegetable dressing. Oily tastless chiptole burger. Fried chicken just no taste, just chicken fried with tastless batter in oil. I have been to cafe few months, the same menu was way better but quality went down very badly. I tuk my sis along to show this cafe but disappointed. 1.7k fr two person - atleast serve better food for the money. Yuk.

Friend sandwich was excellent! Cauliflower bomb was yum. Coffee is really really good! Pizza was below avg. Some of the staff were so kind and excellent. Some of them pretend to not notice when you need them. 4/5 cos of the fried Sandwich and the few lovely staff.

The food was too good. everything was spot on. I liked all the dishes we have ordered no complaints at all. Desserts except for the hot chocolate it's all worth the money.. Sea salt mousse is to die for. ❤️

cafe manana keeps its innovations rolling, bringing out new dishes on every festival, they had a new menu in Christmas, new year, valentine's day. And now new vibrant Diwali menu, specially the Veg Starters plate, that we had yesterday. It was very different with grated paneer and peas mashed up, fried veg balls and cutlet specially curated for the occasion, jasmine drink was also good. rose chocolate drink was yummy! keep innovating manana!
