I had been to Airport to send off my cousin, so thought of getting a cake but was having no time on hand. Then, came Zomato which was a reason I got the address of this cake shop. I ordered a egg less strawberry cake at 5:40 and as promised the person delivered it to me within 6:05 at the International terminal of the Airport , mind boggling to note that it was done within a matter of 25 minutes, thanks to technology. Hence full marks for service and reliability. Coming to the cake, it was certainly yummy, however the icing was bit more, but everyone was thoroughly satisfied with the cake. Certainly recommend ordering a cake in case of having very less time on hand, from this outlet. This made my day. This review is purely a delivery based review, so I won't be able to comment on the shop,ambience etc as everything was done through the phone.

While traveling during this chill evening had a craving for a bite. Stopped near pallavaram and reached cake waves for getting some. Always preferring for sandwhich so ordered paneer sandwhich and chilli cheese toast. Paneer sandwhich: The sandwhich was not toasted , it was literally burnt.could not even eat it. Fully mayo and few pieces of small small paneer. Din taste well. Waste of money It was 40rs for burnt sandwhich. Chilli cheese toast: Only in name you could find cheese, no cheese in it , loaded with mayo. And chopped green capsicum and some pieces of green chilli. It tasted good. Soft and crispy sandwhich. Loved the taste. It also priced the same 40rs.

Excellent cakes are available here. Though the other snack items are not fresh, they taste good when you get it fresh. Not much space to dine-in. Only take away are possible and a place to have a quick bite. Pricing is also good.

Taste : 3.5/5 ; Ambiance : 3/5 ; Service : 3/5 ; VFM : 3/5  Cake Waves located next to pallavaram bus-stand could be a good place to have quality pastries and savories...and good designer bday cakes in the locality.. Parking : Road side...sufficient for the place... Ambiance : Above average...Max seating capacity of 10...suitable for quick eatout... Service : Friendly...quick and good preparation of items...availability of items in the menu varies from time to time... Taste : Pastries are the best in the locality(atleast 2km radius)..savories are good too... Value for Money : Pastries and savories are complete bang for your buck with just one drawback they have recently reduced the sizes of pastries even then i would recommend this place for their taste....Celebration cakes are also a good try in this locality..

Ordered a cake here....these days most of bakery doesn't know how the cake should be...just concentrating on design...my cake had 50 % of jus cream...not enough bread on it...not only here most of bakery in Chennai using same proportion...not advisable
