Ordered for a bubble tea two variant and in fact, I asked that person in specific that you give me a suggestion and I’ll have it so he had suggested me a hazelnut coffee bubble tea with add-ons blueberry tapioca pearls! This is definitely a weird combination. I have never tried this one. He said it was one of his best selling so I had tried it and it was the drink was good but the combination was pathetic. And then I had the Thai Red Tea which was actually good but the only drawback over here is you have to pay for the drink separately and the add on separately so if you’re getting a drink, it is just a drink, there is no boba, we have to pay the extra to get it This is the first time I’ve encountered this, other places don’t do this!

!!!!SCAM ALERT!!!! I don't have the option to give a rating of less than 1. Worst experience where we ordered a cold coffee and orange juice for ₹750. The rates given in the menu is different and what they've charged us is different. When I ask them why have they charged me ₹350 for a cold coffee, I was told they they have charged ₹100 extra for whipped cream which I was never informed during the billing. When the order comes there were bubbles in the cold coffee which we never asked. And we have to return it to get the correct order. It's better to visit Starbucks for the price they are charging here. Cha republic "cha" experience.

This place is a scam!!!!!! The food you get in this restaurant is not even worth for ₹100. I ordered a extra large french fries and the sales guy asked if he could make it peri peri fries and add cheese to it. But what we got was a road side level fries with some mayonnaise topping serverd on a flimsy paper plate which costed ₹495. You won't be able to see any prices in the menu card as well as the chart. They'll shock you with a heavy price when you pay the bill. Avoid going to this shop.

I ordered a cold coffee with tapioca pearls. When I placed my order, the cashier inquired about the number of servings I wanted but didn't mention any additional cost. However, when the bill was of 500rs, I asked the cashier and was informed of an extra charge for the tapioca pearls. I requested to change my order, but the cashier refused, stating that it was too late even though the staff had not begun preparing my drink.

It’s has been a very worst experience had in cha republic Phoenix mall Velachery. I have mentioned him an only bubble tea. But he added on topica petals extra and also he bill me with large cup. He suggested me to add a jelly for single cup I have paid 500rs it’s totally not worth. I have ordered same thing in urban square I have not crossed more than 300rs. It’s been over priced and there is no price card.

Highly disappointed. There is something not right here at CHA Phoenix mall. Last week I had Matcha Bubble tea with Boba at Besant Nagar and paid 271. When ordered the exact same tea here they asked me to pay 480. This is just not right.

No transparency looking at the menu I thought the bubble tea would come around 250 rs but enquiring it was 350 taxes gladly I dint purchase..definitely not worth you pay
