The staff is so uninterested to take order. No smiles, no hello, nothing. It’s like they are forced to work and they charge service tax for providing a terrible service. As for the food, it was okay. The quality has gone down a lot. The burger was dry, the fajita veggies were soaked in oil, the fries were overcooked, even the lemonade was weird tasting. The presentation is 0. Tiny dirty plates, divided by unclean carrots. I don’t understand the price they charge while providing low quality food and support.

All the burgers we order had very bad stale buns which just fell apart into powder when we bit into it. Beef patty was dry as well. We order full rack of baby back ribs which was massively disappointing. Bland and had very less meat and was somehow dry too. The cherry cola was amazing. Fajita was good. Pasta was good too.

Food was alright but the cranberry juice we ordered, they used tropicana/real packaged fruit juice from it's box which we saw on the counter. For the price, could have done better.
