We had a wonderful dining experience at Chinatown, Alwarpet. A special mention must go to the manager, Mr. Ravi Padmanabhan. He was extremely attentive, patient, and understanding about the dietary needs of a family member with several food sensitivities. He personally coordinated with Chef Sanjay to customize suitable dishes from the menu and carefully ensured that our requirements were followed. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern made my parents feel completely comfortable and reassured. Our sincere appreciation also goes to Chef Sanjay for thoughtfully preparing the food, and to Vijay, who took excellent care of us as both our server and cashier. The entire team’s warmth, care, and hospitality made our visit truly memorable. Highly recommended!

Though I visited this place without much expectations I was in for a pleasant surprise as they served tasty Chinese food just the way we like. For soup we had sweet corn veg and manchow chicken. Starters were chicken lollipop and chilli garlic potatoes and finally veg fried rice with Manchurian balls gravy. All the items were v tasty. Service is ok. Only issue faced by us was the valet who took some time to hand over the car as he was busy in an argument with somebody thereby making us stand outside our vehicle until he finished the verbal duel.

* Food was not same as before- American chopsuey & dragon chicken were too sweet this time & manchow soup was too much seasoned (garlic taste) - also they gave a big piece of ice in mango ice cream (which they didn't include later but then too) * Serving person were less and not available much time

in this restaurant they provide too much diluted handwash liquid for handwash purpose in toilet room which is very filthy.
