Went on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. It was not overcrowded but the restaurant was too spacious. Pumpkin soup was very good to start with. Pizza was very very thin but the taste made up for it. Vada pav was excellent. Ended with the desert Cheesecake and it was good. In summary, food and ambience was good, there is a scope for improvement in service though.

such a pleasant fine dining.. more relaxing and staffs were very very kind and courteous... a good place to spend if u r looking for a long chat and eat :)

I usually don’t leave reviews but the Lime Pie ice cream had to be mentioned. It was beautiful.

tried the pumpkin soup which was warm but missed the mark. creme brulee French Toast blew my mind. they actually torched it in our presence.tiramisu was impressive. good service. loved the ambience.

The ambience was good. Spacious and not cluttered. Food was great too. particularly the Biryani was excellent. Fish & Chips could have been better.

Most of the signature dishes were not available. We had only limited options to choose from and even they were not up to the mark and price. If the so called signature dishes are moving fast then try to have them available for most of the time instead of providing something else which is not even wanted by us.

We visited Ciclo Cafe for breakfast on a Sunday. There were 4 tables occupied in total and their service levels for this occupancy was extremely poor. 1. It took atleast 45 mins to get our order served. 2. We asked for toothpicks and even that needed reminders. 3. 20 minutes after placing the order we were told an item was not available. 4. They dont have seperate washrooms. The PVR washrooms were absolutely not usable. For a high end place to not be prepared to receive customers over the weekend and not have clean wash areas was surprising. Wouldn't go there again.

the bread of the chicken ham and egg bagel I ordered was very hard and not fresh at all. And the bacon was very chewy and they said that they cooked it in the oven. bacon is supposed to be deep fried or fried in a pan.
