The prices mentioned on your site and the ones they billed are different, when I enquired they said it is not updated on your site correctly even though they made a request to you. I am not sure who is doing the trick here.

We booked the buffet for my family only specifically because of the advertised 50% offer. we were 2 adults and 3 kids .At no point during booking or prior to dining were we informed that children were excluded from this promotion. However, at the time of billing, the manager, Mr. Murali, informed us that children were not eligible for the 50% discount because their buffet price is “already 50% off.” This condition was never communicated beforehand. In most hotels, adult and children buffet prices are standard separate rates, and presenting the children's rate as a “50% discount” at the billing stage felt misleading. Since we had made the reservation through Zomato, we proceeded to pay the children’s portion via Zomato, where there was a 10% offer applicable. The manager was aware that we were a Zomato booking and did not initially object to this mode of payment. After we completed the transaction, he returned and informed us that we were not permitted to pay through Zomato and that no discount was applicable at all. He then asked us to pay the 10% difference directly to the hotel. Changing the terms at the billing counter not once, but twice, was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. What was meant to be a pleasant family outing turned into a stressful and embarrassing experience. We chose your restaurant based on the promotional offer, and the lack of transparency has left us very disappointed.

I recently visited Cilantro with my team for a dinner buffet and checked the estimated cost on the District app beforehand. It showed around ₹13,000 for our group, which seemed reasonable. However, the final bill ended up being nearly ₹6,000 higher than the estimate. This was quite unexpected and disappointing, especially when planning a team outing based on the app’s pricing. An estimate should give a fairly accurate idea of the total cost. A difference of this magnitude makes it unreliable for planning. I request the District app team to improve the accuracy of these estimates and clearly mention whether taxes, service charges, or any additional costs are included.

Disappointed with the experience. The food was below average and not up to the expected standard. They didn't even have prawns available. We paid over 5.4k for two people, but it definitely wasn't worth the price.
