I had lunch today, the spread was sufficient.  the food was sumptuous, staff was courteous. ambience was amazing.  i enjoyed the trip. they offered surprisingly complimentary cake with candle for anniversary, that was un expected.  Mr. Manikandan, Sales Manager and Mr. Saravanan, Restaurant Manager was so courteous in making my dine great.  Way to go. I recommend the guests to dine in citrus cafe.  with regards.  ks dhakshna moorthy

Excellent service and hospitality from Vidya & Laxmi.. Good food and quality service is hall mark of lemon tree .. Really good place to visit for dinning services .. Chef Shashi need special applaud for his gr8 cuisine ...

I stayed in the hotel Service was food Food is pretty decent and especially the service is very nice.Friendly staff and kudos to Lakshmi and team!!!

Excellent food and service. Good spread of buffet and as tasted great. I had dinner with my family very comfortable. Thanks to Sakthi & Saravanan.

Podi dosa is super. Stay with room is nice. Excellent service with lemon tree restaurant peoples. Homely take care people like lakshmi sister

They offer basic meal. Like to have the guests choose the default option - buffet. If you decide on à la carte- be warned that it is worse than buffet. They are not keen and I don’t think they are willing to change.

We went for la carte dinner , but all the food we ordered was very blent and not upto the mark.. they don’t even have wash basin for hand wash and gravy was to oily.

For a price so high, the food does not compliment. Quality of food is bad and feels like it is a ready to eat microwave meal. I ordered Paneer Butter Masala and roti (Both of which felt very unnatural and full of essence). Buttermilk was good but still not up to the mark. Even though the ambience and other things are satisfactory, if the food is not good, customer won't retain. Only the hotel staying people will, and only because they'll be paying in advance for a meal or two in complete oblivion of the quality.
