Our brunch experience at The Colony, Rain Tree, was truly delightful. Pranay and Ranganath took great care of our table, and their hospitality was exceptional. Every dish we tried was delicious, with the desserts being a real highlight. The ambience was wonderful—I'd recommend arriving by 12:30 to enjoy a peaceful dining experience. A special mention to the live music—Srinathan performed beautifully and added a magical touch to the afternoon!

Had a great lunch for my birthday. small spread but worth for money. All tastes good except fish items ( which tasted raw). And they offered a complementary Cake for My birthday celebration as well. Everything is fine. will recommend

Unfortunately, several issues made the visit quite unpleasant: The soup and starters were served cold, which was very disappointing. An extra starter that was promised was not mentioned or served. The accompaniments for the dosai were extremely cold, affecting the overall taste. I requested an extra cup of masala, which was served after a 20-minute delay. The ice cream was more like a milkshake, and I was informed the machine wasn’t working. No welcome drink was offered, despite it being part of the expected service. The variety was very limited. The menu consisted of only 2 non -veg main course items , namely fish rice and chicken biriyani and they had non-veg gravy. The live counter only made pizza and egg , and not to mention the desserts made me feel sick . Most of the food seems pretty and well decorated but they taste horrible and makes you wonder what you just ate , this especially applies to the deserts . The Ice cream in the ice cream counter was partially melted and fully melted by the time I took it to my table . Even the chocolate cake tasted worse than what would have been made by a complete amateur using only YouTube. They had no juice apart from the welcome drink and the ones made using essence. The rest were of mediocre taste could be achieved with one tenth the money spent. This isn’t just a horrible restaurant but the worst one I have went to which claims to have its so claimed high standards ….. I’m disappointed.
