we dined on the ground floor and the staff there were very kind to all our requests. only one thing is the restaurant is comparatively small compared to their other branches but still they make up for it by their valet services and waiting seats. overall a good dining experience and would love to dine here again.

Copper Kitchen is a big chain of outlets serving mostly North Indian cuisine in Chennai. Food is not very great here but isn't bad either. Tried paneer pasanda and the quintessential butter chicken here- tastewise it is reasonably decent even though my palate may demand a little more flavour. Kulchas are good here.

We had a very disappointing experience at Copper Kitchen today. We booked a table for 2:30 PM via Zomato and reached exactly on time. However, when we arrived, the staff informed us that lunch service was already over. We explained that we had a confirmed booking and had travelled about 15 km with 15 members, including kids. After a long argument, they reluctantly agreed to serve us, but it took nearly 30–40 minutes before the food arrived. The entire experience was unprofessional and poorly handled. We expected much better coordination and service from a reputed restaurant like Copper Kitchen.

Non helpful staff where the restaurant claims to deliver culinary experience while the staff wouldnt give us ice cubes for the second time for a warm 7up bottle.

the food was horrible. pls don't buy it . they gave me an unsalted old food. I order butter naan and butter chicken both tasted the waste. the price doesn't worth the food . the naan tasted like eating paper, very thin and rubbery . It can't even consider as and naan it's was a maida chapathi and chicken tasted like an old road side chicken kurma ( even they taste better). DON'T NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON BUYING FOOD IN THIS HOTEL 🙏🏽 .
