Good Ambience with packed table arrangements. When we visited for family dining on a weekend all the tables were almost full. Needs to improve service till the end of dining. The customer has to call on the waiter frequently to get service even for a second dose of drinking water. Food is good, with a wide choice of food varieties.

Food and ambience were great. But had to wait for 20 minutes to get back my car from valet parking. Also, they were keen to send us off rather than offering desserts even when the delay was due to their end.

the kebab platter was very basic and bland. need to have various types of meat. it was only chicken and chicken. plus the tower mohijo was very bad. no fizz at all

Service was insanely slow. Someone’s came so late that the rest in group had finished their course. And had to wait 30min for the car. Should order the sizzler Brownie and car from valet along with appetisers.

I did not anticipate this from such a well-regarded restaurant. Due to a gas shortage, there were not many items available. Additionally, the service was not prompt. I waited, and continued to wait for 30 minutes, before the fried platter I ordered finally arrived. It was not particularly impressive, except for the fish fry, which did not justify the cost of 1050 rupees. Next, regarding the mutton biryani, we waited an additional 15 minutes, during which they informed us that they were preparing a fresh batch, which caused the delay. However, the biryani was excessively spicy, and the pieces were too tough to chew and digest. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I will not be returning. Not gonna revisit anymore.

food is not properly cooked and where as we have them to recook it properly and check it , but even though second time they heated up the food and provided , it was very worst item name is karuveppalai podi chicken
