I booked a table at Copper Kitchen through Zomato, but after reaching, they said they would apply the coupon and made us wait nearly 45 minutes for seating. After ordering, the food took another 20 minutes to arrive. Overall, the waiting time was quite long and the experience could be improved.

Made us wait for more than a hour. After seating most of the menu they said not available. Main course is briyani that itself not available means why they need to make use wait for an hour.

None of the ordered dishes were served hot, it wasn't ice cold but definitely not hot. The place wasn't crowded but still the service was slow and the food was not hotter for the wait. Taste was below average.

I visited Copper Kitchen today for lunch. The food was fine, but the service was very disappointing. The staff judged us by our dressing and treated us poorly because of that. In a professional restaurant, every customer should be treated equally with respect, regardless of how they dress. Very unprofessional and needs serious improvement in staff attitude.

I visited Copper Kitchen, Porur for takeaway. Although the Zomato app shows digital/Zomato Pay is accepted, the restaurant refused to accept it at pickup. Please look into this inconsistency and update the listing or alert the restaurant.

felt the taste bad on everything on this day. Biryani was bad, Pepper bbq felt like it had so much of green chillie. Mayo was goyee, not upto the mark
