few items were very much delayed. one of main course did not taste good. captain promptly took the disk back and gave another freshly prepared dish. other than this, other items were good.

I usually love the biryani here, but today’s quality wasn't up to the standard. It tasted like a reheated batch. However, the quantity is incredibly generous—the 3-person order was enough for 6. Pro tip: One pack is more than enough for three people.

Visited Copper Kitchen Elite (Pallavaram) expecting a good experience based on another branch I’ve been to earlier, but this outlet was extremely disappointing. - Hygiene issues: Drinking glasses did not seem properly cleaned. Cutlery and overall table setup felt unhygienic. - Service problems: Basic items like spoons were not provided and had to be requested multiple times. - Billing delay: Took around 10 minutes just to get the bill while customers were waiting. - Feedback system: The QR code provided for feedback doesn’t actually allow you to write an feedback. Food was average, but the service and hygiene standards are far below what you expect from an “Elite” outlet. I’ve had a good experience in another Copper Kitchen elite branch, which makes this inconsistency even more disappointing. Management seriously needs to fix this outlet.

Very disappointed with our dine-in experience at Copper Kitchen. We had dinner with family and later ordered 6 wheat parottas and paneer butter masala parcel for my parents. After reaching home, we found only 2 pieces were packed instead of the full order. Such mistakes are unexpected from a branded restaurant. Kindly improve your service and check orders properly before packing.

there are separate table zone for zomoto and direct customer. they served briyani after my next table...but while we ordered before them they told not available
