Please visit this place between 1-1:30pm on a Sunday or else you'd have to wait to get a table. The hype is real, the biriyanis are great here and the mutton chukka and mainly the gun chicken is sufficient for 2 PPL. The flavours are great and they serve only country chicken which is a speciality here. The service is super fast and a must visit place in Chennai.

Courtallam Border Rahmath Hotel started as a small eatery at Courtallam 40 years ago in 1972. It started with only serving tea and then adding parotta & chicken gravy to their menu. The main branch is located in Kerala- Tamil Nadu border and courtallam is known tourist spot for attracting large crowds and in overtime this place has become an iconic place in courtallam and there are people visiting courtallam just  to taste the food from this place.

Good place to have varieties of parota with Salna . Tastes really authentic and fresh. We ordered Veechu parota Muttai kalaki Mutton Briyani Chicken leg piece Puffs parota Ceylon egg parota Portion size is good and price also reasonable. Service is very good . But need to improve the ambiance since it is located in Annanagar. May be I will order food through zomato/swiggy next time.

I’ve been craving for some parotta for a very very very long time and ig I’ve got the right place for it!! Solo meee!! Aarambikalaama Border parotta Puff parotta Veechu parotta Wheat parotta Naatu kozhi chicken dry Best part their chicken gravy aka salna was better Yummy Tummy Satisfied meee ♥️

Heard so much about it and came to tried the famous dishes here. Border parota, chicken peppee chetinadu, chicken gun fry and jigarthanda. Overall a good experiece but not a great one

Border parotta (Rs 17/-) Nice and soft... Super tasty Mutton biriyani (Rs 220/-) Great biriyani and very good quantity Kaadai pepper fry (Rs 310/-) It was fine but could have been more flavorful.. Tasted the same as the chicken side

Was very disappointed.. Expected a lot. The gravy was not that great. Was excited seeing the parota. The egg parota was very bland. Had nothing in it. That's what they have us when asked for karandi omblette.. And they say this is how it will be.. Overall Poor .. ..

We have been to many times for a craving border parotta with salna and nattukozhi starter located in courtallam border. But what we ordered in Chennai was not up to mark or not impressed by border kadai.

I have ordered an puff parota 3 pieces with nathukozli gravy.... but the prob is gravy was good but puff parota was extremely small and the price is high ...... waste of money only

Terrible manager who doesn’t care about feedback. I ordered egg kothu parotta and it was so hastily made that it was inedible. When I complained about this he just got irritated and said that’s how it’s done.
