I’ve been seeing a lot of negative reviews here and honestly, I don’t understand the hate towards a food business. Taste is always personal — what works for one may not work for another. That being said, I genuinely enjoy this place. It’s a cute little cafe that serves amazing coffee beverages, refreshing matchas, and a really good selection of food. The flavors are definitely not bland in my experience — in fact, I find them delicious every single time. The service has also always been great for me. I feel reviews should be fair — if service is poor, that can be pointed out. But dismissing food as “bland” just because it’s not to one’s personal taste feels unfair. As a regular at Crafe, I can honestly say it’s one of my go-to spots in the city.

Very surprised to see the negative reviews! I visited Crafe recently and had a great experience. The person at the counter, who seemed to be the owner, was kind enough to swap out the boiled eggs for garlic bread in our meal. The space was clean, and the food was excellent. The only thing that could have been slightly better was the matcha! I definitely recommend it! 👍🏼

Saw a few reviews on zomato saying it's not good, bad service blah blah blah. But despite all that I still wanted to try it. when I entered I fell in love with the ambience, the food and the drinks. Nothing I ordered disappointed me at all. I would 10/10 recommend this place

The food was fine for the price. But the matcha was below average and total waste of money. Ambience is also okay. Vietnamese coffee was very watery and bitter, more of an iced Americano with a dash of milk.

The sandwiches and drinks are overpriced. The sandwich had more onion than chicken. The drinks are not strong enough and milky and over sweet even when asked to reduce sweetness. Portions also very small.

The food was really bad - well presented but just bad. The coffee was bad as well. The honey toast was okayish. The pizza was small and inedible, a total waste of money. They sold some tattoos that do not even stick for 20 rupees each. Total waste. But they have good ambience.

The food isn’t so great at the place and it’s pretty noisy for a cafe and also the drinks are very watery and also the food is dry bland makes it very inedable
