This outlet is located at the mount road, difficult to find parking space during peak hours.This branch is open till late night. During my visit the service was very slow and tables were not cleaned properly. Wide range of menu and toppings for ice creams are available to choose and items I order were good.

I had one of the worst experiences at the Teynampet Cream Stone branch ( opposite to ramee mall ) , all thanks to a staff member named Surya, who was supposed to be the manager. From the very beginning, when we tried to customize our order, he threw tantrums and refused all our choices. After a small quarrel, he reluctantly agreed—but things only went downhill. While my wife wanted to wait and carefully select items (as our 1-year-old was already crying due to the noise), Surya went ahead and started preparing on his own without even asking us. When we confronted him about one item he added without permission, he not only argued back but also shouted at my wife. This is completely unacceptable—he clearly has no basic manners or respect for women. As if that wasn’t enough, he even went to the extent of banging doors in front of us. Is this really how a “manager” should behave? For an old and loyal customer like me, this was beyond disappointing—it was insulting. ⚠️ My sincere advice: If you ever visit this branch, avoid going when Surya is there. I surely won’t be returning after this pathetic experience. Management, if you’re reading this, please take serious action. No customer deserves to be treated this way.

Had a disgusting experience and never expected a shop as good as Creamstone will allow such incidents. I ordered a scoop variant ice cream. Our order got swapped with another table and the other person has rejected the ice cream after few tastes. By this time the scoop has become molten in form and I was served with the same ice cream which they just refrigerated for 2mins. The ice cream was still in a molten state. They refused this act and said it was brand new. I insisted on getting a new serving and finally I got a scoop of ice cream which was hard and intact like a fresh scoop of ice cream. Always watch out for your servings. It's just humans who are working in any places inspite of any branded places.

don't have ice cream ..full of hair ..the money was wasted as couldn't get a refund if u have paid
