Try the lasagnas/pastas, the thick shakes, and the breakfast menu, they're all to die for. 10/10 for the food, 7/10 for the seating which isn't very comfortable, and I see that some people have complained about the service and management but I've never really had any issues there, so overall 8.5/10!

The gooey chocolate cake was awesome, so was hot chocolate, and brownie. And Alfredo pasta. And the rest of it.

I ordered a classic chicken burger and a cold coffee. I enjoyed eating the burger. It was very tasty! Although the portion served for the cold coffee is ridiculously less for what it’s priced at and the taste wasn’t great either. The staff seem very uninterested in attending to you but ambience is nice.

Online payment not working in the Resturant. The food is very dry and not of good quality. The Sandwitch was to big and got dry in 5mins, could not finish the sandwich. The fish stater was not worth the price, very less quantity and could not eat more than 2 pieces. Shake quantity very less. Highly Disappointed.

Absolutely horrible place to dine ! I've been a regular here since 2015 and I've always known about their mediocre staff behaviour. But since the ambience and the food is good, I'd let it go. The lasagna had absolutely no salt in the filling. When we told them this, the waiter took our food and returned with a salt shaker. How is anyone supposed to add salt to layers of lasagna ?! No apology, nothing. The staff seem least concerned about customer satisfaction. No wonder the place has been empty for months together ! Never returning here again Ordered the lamb burger which was okay, not too great. They could have plated it better for the pricing. The quantity is too less for what they charge. If you prefer ambience and don't mind eating mediocre food with shitty service, I'd absolutely recommend this place.

The cafe has one of the rudest and weirdest chef , well we went there for a office discussion, ordered a salad and started discussing after an hour the head chef walked straight to our table and he was like ‘ you guys have ordered only one salad so far and didn’t order anything else , this is not an office so we’ll charge extra for your time spent after this ‘ and i started to argue and finally he was like this is an restaurant not a cafe to talk for long hours 😂 i was lik dumbo look at ur name board CRISP CAFE and he got angry and went inside murmuring, the food was good but that doesn’t matter wit these kind of uneducated staffs and their rude behaviour, shame! The reason why your cafe is empty always :)

The staff here were extremely rude. Especially the person who said he was the one in charge. Request the proprietor of the place to train the staff better. The staff don't let people spend time despite food being ordered. In the final bill a cover charge of Rs 1000 was added for us over staying our welcome. We had ordered drinks and food during this time which still wasn't enough for them.

I really don’t know where to start from, We were not informed about the sauces that we ordered for our dishes. The chef and waiter did not know anything about the dishes and they were arguing with the customers about it all the whole time . Food and service get a big 0. The place is empty no wonder
