I had one of the worst dining experiences at Delhi Highway, Sholinganallur. I had booked a buffet table for 2:45 PM and reached the restaurant by 3:00 PM, just 15 minutes later. To my surprise, the staff refused to serve the buffet and instead insisted that we order à la carte. There was no prior intimation, no flexibility, and absolutely no concern for the customer despite having a confirmed booking. The staff's attitude was very rude and unprofessional. They showed no willingness to help or find a solution. Even the table service was extremely slow, making the overall experience even more frustrating. This was a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good customer service or a pleasant dining experience. Very disappointing.

Bad Jain food. They keep saying Sunday is a peak day but it was empty. Slow service too
