Service is slow .. and you’ll have to waiter or server to give the order … but food was awesome and cocktails was great

Food and ambience is good. But the seats offered were pathetic. Despite the complete hall being almost empty, we were not allowed to sit at the sofa which was very much uncomfortable. Otherwise it’s all good.

staff name ********* is very annoying.That was my second visit as only the few food was nice.The moment we just took our seat staff ********* came and very rudely he informed that after ordering the food we can't cancel food as we did that last time.The food which we cancelled was very pathetic hence we cancelled.********* also informed we are doing it intentionally.This is very unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour of him.I also asked him who is manager he yelled at me saying he is the only maneger.I also asked me who is your supervisor he replied me search in google.He doesn't have manners and and doesn't know how to behave with guest.He should get a basic training and then get employed in restaurant.

they have to improve their knowledge about service If someone orders pizza without asking they have to give origano and chilli flakes, and after taking orders the waiter should repeat the order from the customer so that at the time of food service there is no confusion.
