This outlet in Egmore is a small space shared by donut house along with another bakery which serves savouries. The service is quiet slow and theres nothing great about the ambience. The donuts are really good though. Prefer to opt for take away and enjoy the donuts at home!

It was one of my favourite place to have donut. They have destroyed everything that was good. They used to serve freshly made donuts now it's not like b4. Donut made in bulk kept in fridge and then heated in microwave. Even filling in donuts are not good. Most of the dishes are not available. The only thing available is ones made with dark, milk chocolate. You ask them coffee, strawberry, custard and other prm donuts it will be not available. There's just 1 guy in store who makes them and microwave them. And they don't even have bag for take away, the guy tells govt banned it so they don't give and tells to buy from a store nearby. Also there's no hamdwash. Anyway if there's no option and you still want to have a donut here must try Alien, double milk, double dark, Oreo. Taste:- 1/5 Price:- 1/5 Ambiance:- 3/5 Service:- 1/5 Q&Q:- 1/5 Pathetic and horrible place

Had the worst experience of my life time. Ordered for 3 burger meal. After which our stomach got upset and we suffered from severe food poisoning and now people can imagine in what condition the food is being prepared. Think twice before having food in this restaurant. Literally i took day office leave for 2 days to recover from food poisoning , body pains were unbearable . So now all can imagine in how unhygienic condition the food is being prepared .

We had once ordered for a box of donuts from donut house through swiggy, they had an offer going on and for a really good price, we ordered it and recieved rotten donuts, can’t believe that not one but alll the donuts where rotten. I personally feel just because they couldn’t sell the donuts they put it on sucha offer and gave such horrible donuts. Never suggesting anyone to ever eat from here.

We ordered 6 doughnuts and all of them were hollow as soon as we took a bite! We called the store owner but he responded saying that he was not responsible that we had taken a bite! He did not address the issue with any concern even though we had come with 4 kids who were eager to have their dessert!

God knows what they made cause those aren't donuts. Their 'filled' donuts are just sandwich with jams or some sauce put in between. The 'coffee' flavoured donut was a plain donut with coffee powder on top of it. Like plain coffee powder with milk chocolate. By far the worst donuts I've had.

I ordered 3 donut in donut house all three items are expired and I call that shop they don't ask apologies also and he told me to get refund in zomato and I attached whatsup conversation screen shot people don't by any item in this shop

I placed an order and made the payment also after which my order is not confirmed for more than 15 mins,then I call up hotel and they say me we don't have zomato service. Nonsense

I used to love this place until few days back when I found a dead spider in my donut. This place needs to work on its hygiene a lot. Very disappointed with this place.

Had burger meal from this terrible place and suffering from severe food poisoning.I would NEVER recommend this place.They serve you only spoilt food.
