We had a lovely 2024 Mother's Day Lunch yesterday. The food, the service, the ambiance, hygiene, and pleasant surprise cheese cakes for mothers were wonderful. We'll be back for another breakfast, lunch & Dinner. Thank you!

The Chef, Ms Anita, was very courteous and took care of our dietary requirements (halal). Would highly recommend Dou Nungambakkam for the delicious breakfast options.

Bad experience. Wouldn’t recommend for any food. Ordered two coffees which were good. Ordered a croissant with egg bacon which seems great on the menu but the actual dish did not write mayo and the entire dish was filled with too much mayo and we could barely taste anything but mayo and a mashed egg cube in it. On top of that despite hearing me out, the team went on to charge us for the whole which we returned for valid reason because I don’t eat mayo (Was offered a replacement). But still was disappointed with the charge nevertheless. It’s a sign of incorrect description and bad policy.

I visited this cafe on an afternoon for a quick brunch. Ordered a cappuccino, apple tart and focaccia melba sandwich. All this for 1045 INR. 1. Ambience is good. Display items look scrumptious. 2. Quantity of food and drinks is too less compared to the extravagant price. It's not at all justified. 3. The server Simon was pleasant and polite, while on the other hand the lady waiter Zwalia was very rude. When I asked for some dip with the sandwich, which technically should be given in the first place, she said twice- "You need to pay for that". She could have simply put it as it'll be extra chargeable. After she rudely told that twice, the other waiter had to pull her away and Simon then got me some tomato ketchup and basil pesto. She needs to learn how to talk to people. Overall it was a decent expression. Price for the food is not justified because of the pretentious quantity. Taste was good, no complaints there.

Over hyped food and not worth for the money . Went and had later at star bucks and was very good
