"Our Happy Place! Downsterling Club is our go-to spot that satisfies the whole family's cravings! 🤩 The kids go wild for their cheesy fries, BBQ wedges, and panner fritters , while the grown-ups love their dim sum and pesto chicken 🥗. My parents are obsessed with their Thai curry and rice , and my wife can't get enough of their pasta and pizza. As for me, I'm a fan of their grilled chicken and fish . Fried rice and noodles with curry are a hit with the kids too! Best part the place isn’t too loud like other places in the city and they have a special gin garden menu one needs to try without fail .

this is my first Zomato review as one of my friend suggested me this place, coming to the place, the ambience feels like a home decor with, also with a garden sitting. food was good, as we tried only few of their dishes , because of lack of time as we were hurry, but will come back for sure definitely recommend if you are looking for a good ambience with good food

Visited during NYE 2023, as we choose this place because we don't want loud music, Food was top notch Service was good Signature cocktails must try Ambience is perfect for a romantic dinner especially in evening, will definitely visit again 👍

This place is a hidden gem in the heart of the city, especially it's food and ambience, i guess few people know about it, any it was nice experience dining there , will visit for sure

We were looking for a place for lunch and found out this place nearby to us, Ambience 4* Food 4* Service 4.5* Overall it was a great hours there....will visit again

Food is great , ambience is lovely . But major DOWNSIDE is their service - I know they are busy and can take extra time with the dishes , but even other simple things were missed / delayed . Like - It took forever for them to bring us regular water..even when we asked for the menu again it took them a long time to provide us and our requests for a different chair as the one we were on was uncomfortable , fell on deaf ears. But the amazing food did make up for it all . ! We had - Barbecue Chicken , Corn spinach Dim sums and Pizza - it was all to die for ! Cocktails were decent too . Overall a very good place , albeit pricey , but worth the food and ambience . Just be prepared to ask for everything TWICE and remind the staff of your orders , otherwise they seem to forget . !

Service was nice but zero crowd at 1 pm on a sunday afternoon. food wasn't that great, may be already stocked up raw materials. Priced high for the quality.

I’m writing this because the experience we had at Down Sterling for my child’s 5th birthday was, quite frankly, a total letdown. We chose your venue expecting professional service, but instead, the entire process was unnecessarily difficult. The main issues were: • The Catering Disaster: Canceling our catering just 4 days before the event is honestly shocking. It put us in an impossible position and is completely unprofessional by any standard. • Broken Promises on Live Counters: We were told from the start that live counters were possible, only to have that denied at the very last minute. You can’t change the rules once the planning is already done. • Zero Flexibility: Your team was incredibly rigid with the rules. There was absolutely no "levy" or effort to actually help us as customers. It felt like we were being managed by a checklist rather than being hosted at a venue. • Vendor Logistics: Forcing our vendors to avoid the front entrance was just another layer of unnecessary stress. It made setup much harder than it needed to be for no good reason. Overall, your policies made what should have been a happy celebration much more stressful than it needed to be. I really expected better from a place like Down Sterling.

Ok food but pathetic experience. The waiter Gautam gave damaged chair which gave a deep cut to my 6 year old daughter. On top of that waiter kept arguing not his fault when i requested for First aid box.
