why is there such a big difference in the rates given in the menu on Zomato compared to the actual rate in the restaurant? please update the current rates on Zomato.

I must begin by expressing my sheer disappointment and outrage over the abysmal treatment I received at Dynasty. This place has proven to be an absolute mockery of customer service, honesty, and basic decency. Prepare yourself for a tale of incompetence and deceptive practices that I would not wish upon my worst enemy. First and foremost, I had the audacity to call this so-called restaurant to make a reservation. I specifically requested a table at 8 PM for a pleasant dining experience at 9 PM. Instead of courteously informing me of the availability or unavailability of a table, the person on the other end casually dismissed the need for a reservation, asserting that I could just walk in without a worry. Little did I know, this was just the beginning of their misleading charade. Believing the restaurant staff's misguided assurance, I decided to take my chances and arrived promptly at 9 PM, only to be greeted by a swarm of hungry customers and a complete lack of vacant tables. The audacity! I was informed, with an air of casual indifference, that all the empty tables had miraculously been reserved, leaving me to rot in purgatory for a minimum of 45 agonizing minutes before I could even be considered for a seat. Now, let me be clear: I am not one to mince words, and I have no qualms about calling out incompetence when I see it. This blatant display of false promises and downright disregard for customers' time and expectations is beyond appalling. The lack of professionalism exhibited by the staff is nothing short of a disgrace, tarnishing any remaining shred of credibility this establishment may have had. I am left to wonder, what exactly is the point of accepting reservations if they are completely meaningless to the management at Dynasty. Is this some sort of twisted game they play with unsuspecting diners, hoping to toy with our emotions and leave us hungry and humiliated? It certainly feels that way. Let me conclude by offering a word of caution to any prospective diners: Do not trust the empty promises of this deceitful establishment. The incompetency and lack of respect shown towards patrons are indicative of a business that does not value its customers or their time. I implore you to consider your options wisely and spare yourself the agony, frustration, and wasted hours that I endured. Dynasty Restaurant has shown me a level of disregard and unprofessionalism that is unprecedented. My sincerest hope is that the management will wake up from their self-imposed delusion, reevaluate their practices, and treat their customers with the respect they rightfully deserve. Until then, I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to anyone.

Dynasty is a restaurant that i have been going for the past 35 years right from when i was a teenager. The place was simply fantastic both in terms of service and food. Now the management has changed and a bunch of rowdies are the head servers or whatever in suits who are ill mannered, have no idea about the menu that was there before, rude, stand together and snigger at customers. The food was not bad but the experience was the worst ever. They have no idea about customer service and looks like no cares. This is a place that i will never step into again. Such a sad pathetic change. People make all the difference. The old waiters were so so good and this is a disgrace to the Dynasty that once was.

so happen to visit this place almost after a 5 years as was a regular customer to this joint. but I was in shock as to what dynasty has become. the food was so pathetic that I had to return my main course . the chicken was over fried, the taste was bland and no flavor . the crispy veg had a fish oil smell we ordered szechwan noodles and we got plain hakka noodles upon which asked they said it's what u asked. the dragon chicken was overly fried. no taste. the management didn't know what's coming didn't expect this from a restaurant which had the best Chinese food . totally regretted it.

Very bad experience. Went on Sunday night for dinner and the manager Jeffrey was cocky n rude. He mocked us from behind for asking. The service was very slow n bad. It took hours to get a bottle of water. The food was good but the attitude of Mr. Jeffrey was a killer. I’d like to go back but not if Mr Jeffrey is there. The washroom for ladies was filthy and there was water everywhere.

The hay days are over for this place . It’s just basking on its old glory of what it used to be and what it isn’t now . Cold food when complained it reheated and given back to you in seconds , no flavour , any complaint made is argued by the staff , not one table when I was there didn’t complain and walk out regretting coming here .

The food was pathetic!! I've had so many fried rice but this place has the worst! You can cook better fried rice at home..I wish I could give 0 or even - for this place. We hardly ate when we informed the staff about the rice but they weren't willing to even cancel the order from the bill
