The restaurant is located in a calm and peaceful area. Although the entrance is small, they do provide valet parking. The ambience is pleasant, neat, and clean. The staff are well-informed about the menu items and are very courteous and welcoming. The service is quick and efficient, and the food tastes absolutely wonderful. The food the ambience and overall experience was great. Only issue was the waiting period but that is fine when the food is that good. Drinks are great as well.

Crispy Lotus Stem was cool. We didn't like thr Tofu in pad thai noodles though :( But thanks to the staff for bringing the cake that even I forgot I requested while booking the table :))

The seating could definitely be improved. It wasn’t very comfortable or relaxing, felt more like sitting at a regular dining table at home rather than a place you’d want to unwind.

food was very good . but we were shown to a table in a less lighted area despite booking 1 day prior and there were several empty tables that can seat 6 people. It took a few minutes of conversation to finally seat us

We went for my husband's birthday dinner with my two kids. Since it was a weekday we did not reserve, and we found the restaurant full. This is okay, shows the popularity. But what was super annoying was the amount of smoke smell everywhere other than the air conditioned section. We were given seating in a section which had smokers and we requested for a different seat and were shown to some seats under a tree with assurance that it was non smoking section..again extremely strong smoke smell there as well and we requested that our order be cancelled as we did not find it pleasant at all. I have been to many open seating restaurants like Amethyst in Chennai and never had so much trouble with smokers. If you don't like the smell of the smoke or you are pregnant or taking kids along with you, please do yourself a favour and skip this place. Zomato should not be showing this place in Family dining at all and when we asked the waiters, we were told that they were a "Bar" and a restaurant and hence this is to be expected. they did seat us in the air conditioned section once seats were available, but it would be better for them to have a no smoking policy, at least where they had hung a "No smoking" board. Family diners - Be warned

Truly bad coffee serve here, their standard has gone down,latte cappuccino etc, we ordered more than 10 coffee all are same,no different in latte and cappuccino just espresso and hot milk,no foam just like filter coffee, except espresso and black coffee I ask about the coffee beans they said they are using lavazza, lavazza is the best roasted beans i guess ! we are coming here since 2023 coffee and classic margarita cocktail is becoming worst not like before, last month also i wrote the same about coffee and margarita but still the same, after the food and draught beer all My team they will have coffee, we are coming here almost for 4 years we didn't expect like this, bring back the old cappuccino latte etc👌🏻👌🏻
