There were loads of unique dishes...especially the pastry paneer was awesome... definitely a must try place.

*1/5 - Disappointing Experience at Elysian Restaurant* I booked a table through Swiggy Dineout today, and my experience was utterly disappointing. Despite the fancy ambiance, the restaurant was eerily empty. *Food Quality:* Stale and tasteless. I was served old food that lacked flavor. *Service Charges:* They forcefully added service charges to my bill and refused to remove them, even after I objected. *Order Mix-up:* I specifically ordered pasta with pink sauce, but they served it with white sauce instead. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff and manager became argumentative. *Staff and Management:* Unprofessional and hostile. The heated conversation that ensued left a sour taste. *Warning:* Avoid this place at all costs! The subpar food, deceitful billing practices, and rude staff make it a poor choice for dining out. Take your business (and appetite) elsewhere. *Rating Breakdown:* - Food Quality: 1/5 - Service: 1/5 - Ambiance: 3/5 - Value for Money: 1/5 *Will I return?* Never. *Recommendation:* Explore other dining options. Despite of us booking the hotel, they said that it was closed. Sent us to a restobar/pub in the ground floor. It was an uncomfortable seating for people who just wanted to eat and not drink. Apart from this turn of events, they refused to serve the menu of the restaurant we booked at. Instead, they gave us the pub’s menu. We had to talk to three different people before getting them to see sense. But the food was delivered late. And there were not staff available to order more or even ask for water. Abysmal

The food was 9/10 But the service was worst, the food was served 1 hour after ordering tat too the dishes came one by one slowly At their own time, no proper waiters, we had to ask for water, we ordered sizzlers and they literally dropped the gravy on the table, no serving on food, there were hardly 2 people who were always on their phone, even if the food is good would never visit this restaurant and would never recommend anyone

None of the dishes they display in their menu are available. Service is super slow and the staff is not able to understand or explain anything in Tamil, English or Hindi. They handover the menu of their another restaurant HOB and ask to order from that. Food isn’t fresh or authentic. Overall an unsatisfactory and unhappy experience.
