Erode Amman Mess is one of the best places for homely Tamil-style food. The meals are fresh, simple, and full of authentic flavor — especially the sambar, rasam, and their signature mutton curry. Portions are generous, and everything tastes like it’s straight from a traditional kitchen. Service is quick, staff are polite, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get.

Have to wait for at least 20 minutes but worth the wait.. The food tastes so good.. I would recommend their non veg meals which are the best.. Seeraga Samba briyani is also must try.. I would not recommend Butter Garlic prawns as they were raw.. South Indian dishes are the best..

The food was amazing! The staff were very friendly. Totally recommend the mutton biryani, Japan chicken and their special chicken 65!!!
