The service is so good there, especially Ranjana the person served us was so kind. I had a coffee there and the taste was up to the mark. I like it american style and they do it good. I was having a date and my girl look so pretty with this wonderful ambience . ps I stole her phone for this review 💕

The cafe was calm and peaceful Ambience also good but the main issue is the pastries are highly refrigerated the cakes are so hard to bite literally it was like eating a ice cube with some chocolate syrup toppings and while I complained about this to the manager she told that it was over refrigerated is this the standard of 5star hotel I don’t think so and I ordered beef burger the beef patty is so terrible no taste nothing literally a trash burger, earlier 1 month ago I went to Est with my frnd at that time the food and tea was so great, so we went one more time so disappointed and dissatisfied
