I’ve been wanting to visit Fabelle ever since the Covid period, and I finally made it and it was worth the wait. On my first visit, the store was under renovation, so we were seated at Mercara Express instead. We tried the hot chocolate and spiced cappuccino there, which were good, but I wanted the complete Fabelle experience. A few days later, I returned when the Fabelle store was fully open, and that’s when the real experience began. The space has ample seating and a live counter where they prepare the hot chocolate right in front of you watching the process itself is quite satisfying. I tried both the milk chocolate and dark chocolate hot chocolate. Personally, I enjoyed the milk chocolate version more it was rich, smooth, and comforting. Pair it with their chocolate-loaded mousse and it’s absolutely worth it. The pistachio coffee opera cake, however, was average; the coffee flavour was barely noticeable. Overall, this was easily one of the best hot chocolates you can get in Namma Chennai 🤍. Being a five-star property, the pricing is on the higher side around ₹500 for a hot chocolate but that’s expected and justified for the experience.

If you’re a chocolate lover and if you haven’t tried out their chocolates yet, No worries. ⁣ For those who are skeptical about which one to try. It’s an experience ! If you enjoy cheesecake, then try the Mason Jar - it’s enough for atleast two and it’s really special, nothing like it! It’s so good, we had to come back a few days later before leaving India! There is no point looking for “value”, it’s not cheap but truly enjoyable. We also purchased some chocolate bars at 350 per piece - again, they are very nice and easily comparable to other good brands!

I Don't need to talk about the lavish display of interiors, as it was always expected. Covid protocols were being followed thoroughly. Went with mum post lunch to have dessert. Stepped outside my house bubble after such a long time and it was a pleasant experience. Since mum doesn't consume outside food I couldn't try much. They don't have plethora of eggless options which is a bummer for strict vegetarians like myself. Not one vegan item, surprising for a 5 star property. I chose a frappe, Didn't like it.☕ They could provide napkins and wrap the spoon for the guest to open it themselves. It was kinda funny when she was nicely explaining to me about red and green dots which differentiates between veg/non-veg as if I'm a newbie😂 she was helpful nevertheless. Might go again to try some other stuff.🍫🍮 Gotta go to the counter to make the payment. Didn't get the bill though and I left without asking.

Visited it during my stay at the hotel. Had never heard of this brand and tried it. The chocolate was good however I would put it in the category of Lindt at best.

Was here to buy some chocolates for Mom ( Aprox 3 weeks ago.) It's on the ground floor of the ITC Hotel, near Guindy. Loved the warm, 'Welcome Sir, Happy New Year' from the security desk. I could see his smile, within the mask too. Got me some, happy vibes. Of course, it's a star hotel and I don't have to talk about the parking and interior. Went to Fabelle, and asked the lady at the counter to help me with suggestions. She was of no help. Maybe, she's having a bad day or is not genuinely interested. Didn't want to walk out, as I was getting late for lunch and had no time to move to another place. Asked for water, and had to remind her thrice to get a glass of water. The table wasn't clean at all, and I had told her about that too. Same goes with the receipt for the chocolate cup that we had. Something is seriously wrong. Two places that we went that day, Malli Join and Fabelle, definitely need to up their customer service. Was very much looking forward to this place but was hugely disappointed. The tiramisu was overly gelatinous, cloyingly sweet, and the flavours did not pack a punch. The same could be said of the dark chocolate dessert that was ordered. Not something I'd go back for.

This time I visited fabelle , hot chocolate , strawberry icecream was out of the world !! Really very happy with the service …. Just disappointed as there were very less option available from menu !! Rest whatever we order it was yumm and best !!

Worst Customer service. I paid and enrolled in their class Fabelle Société de Chocolat Aug month. The class were cancelled and we weren't even informed. A repetitive calls and email, they said they will refund the amount back. Its been a month since I enrolled, havent received any refund or response from the team. Gave a call back and also sent email regarding this... No response at all. Not happy with customer service neither their service... Rip-off place... Beware!!!!
