Bought a Black Forest cake from FB Cakes on 31st December. The staff was very rude and unresponsive. I waited over 20 minutes while my cake was supposedly being packed, only to find the staff packing another order instead. When asked, they said the cake was unavailable and pushed me to choose an alternative. After insisting on either the same cake or a refund, they suddenly brought the Black Forest cake from inside. The kitchen condition was extremely unhygienic. Very disappointing experience. Will never buy from this place again.
