food was great. ambience was good. options were little limited for vegetarians, understandably due to the ongoing LPG issue. Went to Focachia but there are 2 other good options. only flipside, items were on the pricier side. Granted it is a star property but food prices should be normalized.

My experience this time at Focaccia was very average. No one to greet us or welcome us at the restaurant entrance, had to lookout for our own table. None of the service team including managers carried a smile or the warmth one would normally expect from hospitality professionals. The lady who served us the 4 varieties of olive oil, just left them there without any explanation and carried a very stressful demeanor. The saving grace was Mr. Hari who attended our table, was extremely energetic and handled out orders very well. Kudos to him!! Minestrone soup was very dull, the color was pale instead of bright red, the vegetables were over cooked and taste was just Ok, nothing great. The pizza ortolano was good, the salmon was perfectly cooked, but the sauteed vegetables were over blanched and very mushy. Tiramisu was excellent!! Will definitely think twice before dining with Hyatt Regency moving forward as I feel that there is a complete lack in standards and quality is going down.

Extremely poor experience while billing. Suddenly they decide that drinks are not part of the food bill and hence cannot be discounted…and thus they didn’t inform earlier. Zomato you need to get facts right with your restaurant partners
