This is such a lovely place, the quality & taste of every food item was top notch. We have been here a couple of times, tried a variety of dishes and everything was great and prepared to the best level. Their paan ice-cream is a must have! It's their signature dessert. We also got to meet the chef Mr Shrivatsan, who's a very humble person, spoke well and told us about their protocol in terms of cooking etc. 10/10 without a doubt.

One of the best pure veg restaurants in chennai, multi cuisine. They have so many comfort food starters, Italian, variety of Indian gravies and oriental and Mexican. Only thing missing is pizza. It suits all ages and tastes. The Mexican pasta bake, malai broccoli and their North Indian variety is worth trying. Ambience is noisy though as it is a family restaurant

Fantastic food ! Taste and quality top notch. Service by Raj Sarvar was excellent even though I found it may have been short staffed at the peak lunch hour today (24Dec).

Visited the RA Puram outlet. As always, the food was amazing. Never tire of going there and it has not disappointed us. But was too crowded for even a Saturday. We were lucky to get a table very fast, but could see that people had to wait for over 45min. While this wasn't a problem for us, the place had become too noisy with close to 25 people waiting for a table. It was so bad that we couldn't hear ourselves. The crowd management was terrible. Though we were sitting away from the main door, waiting crowds were standing close to our table. It was like in a local mess where one waits right at the table for it to get empty. Valet was also an issue. He asked me to park by myself, and this wasnt the first time this happened. Management needs to do something about the above. Else, regular visitors like me will be forced to look for alternate places. May be insisting on a prebooking rather than a walk in, at least over weekends, could be a solution.

We dint even eat there. Extreme attitude by the person who was sitting at the cash counter. We told table for two and he offered us chair and table right at the pathway. I said we will wait for sometime and again he called and offered us table in another pathway. When I showed another table that was empty he bluntly said that it’s four seater I can’t give two seater. Then I showed people who were sitting as two in similar seating and he shouts at us - Kudukara table’la saptoma illama vanthu prechanai seya vendithu (Roughly translates to - Eat at table which we offer you instead of creating problem). As if we are his servants and we have to eat wherever he tell us to eat. My wife has recorded the video of the same and I will upload it later

The food was very poor in taste. We ordered garlic Parmesan pasta with penne, but they served fusilli instead. It lacked salt and had a strange chlorine-like taste. Even after we pointed it out, they did not bother to address the issue. The Paneer Patiala was excessively salty, the Shahi Malai Kofta had an unbalanced flavour - neither sweet nor savoury. The waiter was rude and slow and the overall service was extremely sluggish. The dessert tasted cheap (chocolate fudge sundae and Tres leches) and was disappointing. Overall, it was neither a fine dining experience nor good food, yet the prices were exorbitant. The only redeeming factor was the mint cooler, though that was likely due to the excessive sugar content.

Worstest experience. Waited 2hrs for the food and none of them even bothered to attend the table. No cutlery no tissues on the table. I ended up cancelling the order and leaving the table after waiting for 2hours. Worstest experience ever.
