Location wise - easy to locate,Navalur main road To be honest my first time visit was overwhelming with nice hospitality by the staffs and manger. Had a nice chat with the owner as well. Now for food - ordered chicken spring roll, al faham dejaj, biriyani combo and nun with chicken tikka masala. Taste was too good and overall come to a reasonable cost. Totally satisfied and will suggest everyone to visit to enjoy the meal.

Combo is good and money Worthy... I would suggest GEM express to add few more options.. Delivery time was quick.. With out second thought we can go for GEM express

We ordered Tom yum soup, masala fried prawn and Fish sizzler. The soup was average. It was not like Tom yum and was like hot and sour. The masala fried prawn was great. It was crispy with perfect spice. The fish sizzler was amazing too. The sauce and french fries along with it was a plus. The only awkward thing was the man who provided the service was suggesting not to take Thai food and said we might end up not liking the taste which made us not to order any main course. Sadly we wanted to try out some Thai fried rice ☹️

Nice and neat ambience , the starters were good , pricing is not too high , it costed around 700 for two people, good for family people. the servers did their job. I really enjoyed the food.

Visited this place on a weekday and not so crowded. Ordered veg food and I must say food was pretty decent. No complaints. Service was faster that we expected at a reasonable price!

I went with my team here and also my teams frequently visits here. 1. Quality of food 3/4 Salt is not present in most of the dishes or I will say calculated to make it like that but taste was missing. 2. Parking 2/5 It's a big issue and they need to manage that. 3. Staff behavior 4/5 All were friendly and nice 4. Ambience 3/5 You can have a little music and make it pleasant for everyone. TV s don't work I think for lunch or dinner 5. Value for money 4/5 Accordinf to cost the place and stuffs are good enough. The don't overcharge and I think quantity is also nice. Being near to Navlur you can consider it.

Panner noodles is good to go for. Its delicious but the veg combo is not up to the mark.Its full lo ginger and garlic smell and taste. Dont order combo instead order fried rice seperately.

The service and attitude of the manager/waiter was totally unacceptable. We asked them to clear the table and he didn't respond to us for the first time (He was nearby only). Then at the second time he said it will take 15 minutes for the food to be prepared. He didn't even have the courtesy to tell it to our faces politely (He was chit chatting with a different waiter) . We went out of the hotel immideatly and didn't want to make any scene. Such a horrible experience. Please avoid this place.

I had very bad experience with this restaurant today. I Ordered 4 chicken biryanis and chicken pieces are as hard as rock. Taste is like tamarind. Never order from this restaurant hereafter. Coming to delivery boy he played football with parcel. All the kurma was leaked out and the cloth bag was full wet with kurma. Shame on u gem exprezz
