Very disappointing experience at Guntur Gongura today, especially on my birthday. I requested the excess food from 3 items to be packed and was charged ₹7 per container. The containers were extremely small. I gave the staff the whole biryani to pack, but it is physically impossible for the entire quantity to fit in that container. Yet the service person confidently promised that the whole biryani was packed. This clearly raises a serious question: if the container cannot hold the full quantity, where does the remaining food go? If customers pay for packing, only the quantity that fits should be packed honestly—not quietly take the excess and serve it to someone else. I hope this is not happening with the management’s knowledge. If it is being done by the service staff independently, then management needs to seriously question and control such malpractice. This is not just poor service—it feels like outright cheating. Very disappointing, particularly on a birthday occasion.
