Don’t expect like BBQ nation/coal BBQ/ smoke hub BBQ. But this restaurant is good - with limited cushiness and service is very good. You guys can give it try for sure - worth the money.

The place was noisy and too dark. Ambience could have been improved. Chairs were old fashioned and small. It should be more comfortable. Starters were good and other dishes were okay and staff were good. For Desserts there were only less option. Starters and cool drink were served on table and both were good. Stairs should be more clean.

Really below average experience. One of the item in starters is not provided. Icecream not available. only one flavour is available that too melted. Starter tastes ok Main course: Disaster desserts: complete washout

Quality and taste of food is really really poor, especially the crab lollipop, prawn starter. The crab wasn’t even like crab, felt like a piece of rubber and the same goes for the prawn. The good thing about the place were the waiters, they really try hard to serve as quickly as possible, seems like the place is understaffed only a few waiters for the whole floor, which was a mess. Even the managers took up their load of work. But the food quality was terrible. And the starters take a lot of time to come to the table so it gets a bit irritating. Owners please take a note on the quality of food, as it’s terrible. Main course was fine.

I ordered a chicken dish and was shocked to find crab legs in it. Totally unacceptable and disgusting. When I raised the issue, the manager refused to apologise and no staff member took any responsibility. We were seated in a cramped, uncomfortable room, and the washrooms were dirty and smelled terrible. The glowing reviews online are clearly misleading. This place is a big letdown—I won’t be coming back.

This is not a buffet, and they are cheating in the name of table service.
