One of the best Vegetarian restaurant around chennai , also having many branches . Just i planned to try one of its at anna nagar west & near by my residence.., Ordered Poori , pongal & Cup of Tea & coffee., Its the self service hotel ..! Want to buy a token and can get the food from separate counters. . . Got a set of poori (3) ....with masalas Its more hygiene & responsible workers ! The taste was soo good , also the quantity ..! . . Just asked for a Tea ..! Its superb taste with nice aroma packed ! The taste of real good tea..!(MUST TRY) . . . My ratings .. Quality 5/5 Quantity 4/5 Taste 5/5 Service 3/5 (self service) Cost 4/5 . . . Its a Must try for Veg. Lovers...!!

Yesterday my friend and I visited the restaurant and ordered few dishes. Idli with sambar and chutneys were top class. Masala dosa was equally good. Chole Batura was a disappointment. Though taste was good, the poori was so crispy. There were hardly 4 pieces of chole in the gravy. This could be better with soft poori. Coffee was amazing. It certainly deserves to be the best as is claimed. Ambiance is good and staffs are friendly.

Love the coffee .. and the quick meals is really filling .. love the Parotha as well .. service wish quick .. friendly staff.. however the coffee is the highlight

Self serice restraunt located in a busy road adjacent to Karthik tiffin centre. They have combos for lunch and dinner, which is value for money. The place is always crowded. They also have an A/C dining hall inside. . Food: 4/5 Ambience: 3/5

Food is okay Hygienic will be questioned And only thing that may feel better is beverages that too overpriced a little. And coming to service it's really atrocious and a lot of negligence will be shown. Previously it was gud but not now.

I love every item prepared at hot chips.. undoubtedly the best taste.. but.. recently I placed an online order for sambar idly (rs.65)and sambar vada (rs.61) ( just for the love of sambar prepared there). I received a very small box which hardly had any sambar.. I called the shop and they said the box cannot hold much sambar...my question is.. when something is not good enough to deliver then why choose that box? They said extra sambar will be there in the package.. but I couldn't find any I could have order normal idli and sambar.. Value for the money 👎👎 This is only regarding the package ..they undoubtedly have the best food. Best food delivered in less quantity

Horrible service , the quality of food has come down . What ever is there in the menu is not provided . Filthy seats and table , walls are dirty . The servers are not paying attention on what you order . This is my personal review . No justice for what you spend . Thanks .

Management needs to look at hygiene. Noticed glass for water was not washed but just left back on the table. Very unhygienic.Management needs to work on keeping clean
