Food is great with good taste. I like filter coffee & chilli parrota much. Service, Cleanliness & hygiene factors can be ranked at maximum. Must try once.

Well, this isn't the place where you'd get the quantity of food worth your money unless you order Unlimited Meals. Had a plate of parotta cause it was too late to have meals, and I was disappointed with the size. It wasn't enough to satisfy the hunger pangs of a ten year old. For 50 bucks a plate, you'd find nearby restaurants offering more than Hot Chips.

had coffee here..nice filter coffee ..dosa was a bit bland..the staff could be more polite..whenever u ask extra sambar or chutney they stare at you

Overall rating : Low Dishes which are eatable : Chilli parotta, Dosa. Service : I ordered soup which had no essence of spiciness in it. Asked for pepper but they gave no response. The vegetables were very uncooked. Pricing : From the amount of food they serve you and it's quality and price it is definitely overpriced. I ordered ice cream and all I got was one and a half scoop for 70Rs. There are many other restraunts nearby where you can get good food with reasonable prices. Final suggestion : Don't waste your time here.

was a regular there used to spend average rs.100.00 daily(some through gpay)but this one time when waiting for tea which is expensive but prefer for location the tea guy was wasting time rather than serving when asked to serve fast politely he was rude and replied that if you want to have tea here you have to wait wen questioned further the cashier gave cash back and they boasted such 100 incidents happen daily as if they take pride in shooting off customers.i have decided never to visit any hot chips branch ever again.hope they put some basic customer service training in place for the price they charge that is basic

Kulcha paneer butter masla is not fresh one Kulcha worst p.masla i think paneer v.old My first experience in hotchips. Please best service your customers Thanks
