Nice place to taste the authentic Kerela Aapam and paya.. Good ambience and courteous staff.. Parota and butter chicken is yummy here.. Good place to hangout..

Hotel Hollywood, Arcot Road: It's great fun to relive your favourite childhood moments and for me it was my dinner date with my parents at Hotel Hollywood, which is very closely associated with my childhood. As kids, we would wait for my mom to travel out of station so we can order/have food from here 😁. Absolute favourite the Idiyappam (₹30/plate of 5) and Mutton Paaya (₹190), which was as usual good. The Paaya from here one wouldn't realise anything while eating but the after taste is a hint of slightly spicy gravy. Paaya is a huge piece so one needs to be really patient while eating it. I always have my Omelette (₹40) customised and they would oblige to give me a onionless Omelette. Personally, I like it that way. Mutton Cutlet (₹160) here would have chunks of Mutton in it and not mince. Very generous portion, I must say. Mutton Pepper Masala (₹200) clubbed with Appam (₹20 for 4 Pcs) and Wheat Parotta (₹30 for 4 Pcs) were the other dishes ordered. I certainly liked the Appam with that super spicy Mutton Pepper. My parents felt that the Parotta wasn't as good as their previous visits. The ritual is to finish off the meal with their tea (₹20) which we followed, as always.

Ambience - 4/5, Food Quality - 4/5, Taste - 4/5 I Have Been Here Twice. My Order Was Briyani And Fish Finger. Fish Finger Taste Was Good. Environment Can Improve With Neat Decor.

I had vegetable biriyani here, for lunch. The quantity was more than adequate and it tasted good too. As for the ambiance, it was quite noisy and off-putting. The orders were taken promptly. They arrived promptly too. As for the cost, I'd say that the food's worth the money. I'll maybe try more of what they have to offer, some other time.

A restaurant which can be identified even from a distance. Situated in Kodambakkam, it has a decent Ambiance and service. The pricing is average and the taste of the food is fine. Nothing extraordinary.

Was here for dinner over the weekend around 7.30. The place was deserted so I was really not sure about having my dinner there. But I was too hungry n was running late for something so I decided to give it a try. I was asked to sit wherever I wanted so chose a table n went through the menu n ordered a egg biryani, tandoor roti n chicken curry. I was waiting for the food n That's when I noticed that only one of the ACs was running among the 3 n it was too hot :( they didn't turn it on till it was around 8 n ppl started coming in. The food was served pretty fast n it was steaming hot :) naan was soft, biryani was way too spicy for my liking n the curry was a bit bland. So the good things were the service n hot food. Rating: Location: 5/5 Ambience: 2/5 Service: 4/5 Food:2/5 Price:3/5

I ordered it from Swiggy and according to the app, it had a 4.2 which I considered to be a decent rating. However, the food was not up to that level. I had ordered a Chicken Kothu Parotta and halfway through the dish, I started to feel uneasy so I discarded of it. The next morning however, I awoke to severe food poisoning and a high fever. The chicken seemed cooked while eating it but there was something wrong with the taste and texture of it. That is why I stopped eating it but I still got affected. I would definitely not recommend eating here.
