Disappointed by Poor Service and Rude Behavior I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I purchased 10 parottas for takeaway, and they provided only 4 small gravy packets. When I politely requested one additional packet, the staff responded rudely and refused outright. For a customer buying in reasonable quantity, a simple request like this should not be met with such unprofessional behavior. The lack of courtesy and unwillingness to accommodate a basic need reflects poorly on the customer service. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and trains the staff to treat customers with respect and fairness.

Chilli chicken should be small pieces. It should be in gravy tosted with sauce. But the pieces was very big and very bad taste. Do not buy from this hotel rs. 300 waste I order swven noodle it was so spice only masala in it no capsicum no onion nothing worst to the core. Waste 300
