Decent tiffin . Mini tiffin was good . They could have added a coffee to it . If it was there . Value for money . Quick service

No sambar with dosa. Only chutney. Atrocious. For the time in my history of ordering dosa where it was served without sambar. I had not ordered from HSB for a long time since it's quality went down. Today I ordered masala dosa for old times' sake and guess what? It came with three chutneys and no sambar. And the dosa itself was of such poor quality! My goodness. What a robbery.

Once one of my favourite place to enjoy south Indian specialties, is now one of the worst experience I had. I went there with my family for dinner. We ordered various dishes from the menu. Masala dosa. Chilly baby corn fry Normal dosa Gobi chilly cheese dosa Paneer mushroom dosa. From service to food. Everything was a nightmare

Completely useless place. No wonder they are losing customers everywhere. The staff are expecting us to stand behind someone who is eating waiting for them to finish and sit there after that. And food quality is pathetic too.

Got a coconut shell in poriyal, which is not expected from Saravana Bhavan hotel. This is a major quality issue. Also, the curd container has broken, and half of the curd is out of the container.

Once the order is placed, they leave the order for a long time and cancel the order without giving any reply. Why does Zomato need to promote such disgusting service restaurants?

Pathetic service… I have waited over 20 mins for table… then waited over 10 min for waiter to come and get the order and no one is bothered to take the order

if you order your food from this restaurant, pls forget about it. They will deliver only after 2 hrs. Instant regret!
