After a long time, visited new branch of Hotel Saravana Bhavan. Tried out their South Indian Meals. It was just awesome with the same taste and flavour. If you are a South Indian food lover then you must definitely check out this place😉😜

Ordered 2 mini tiffins, idly, appam with cauliflower chops for dinner. The quantity and portion of food was good enough. Appreciating the fact that they trying so hard to maintain the name. One backdrop was that few sidedishes like cauliflower chops and tomato chutney was bit salty. I hope that you would rectify these small mistakes for the response for customers. Come back to the form and keep going well...💯💯

Hello Team, With regards to the spl meals order, This was my worst food ever had in my lifetime, even roadside meals would be much better I believe. I used to regularly from SARAVANA BHAVAN in abroad where the quality and quantity were good. If I had to chance to give a rating in negative numbers.I would have giving -100. The quantity of the curries which they gave is teaspoon level..why the hell I should I pay rs 160+, rice was like a cake !and not even sufficient for one. Later I saw the reviews I was surprised…everyone has faced the same issue!!! Still zomato is least bothered ??? This shows how customer friendly zomato is !!! Awesome!!!! I appreciate the business relationship with saravana bhavan and zomato!!! If you are really cared about the customer, pls remove/ blacklist saravana bhavan from the delivery option. Hence, New users will not be in the same situation which I and other users has gone through!!! Think abt it !

If you want to get the worst service possible, please visit. We were waiting at our table for 15mins and no one came to take our order despite calling them twice and also speaking to the manager at the billing counter. Finally when the food was served, it was cold and the waiter just seemed disinterested to get anything for us. Would never ever recommend this place because of the poor service here.

Saravana Bhavan moved to this new location away from its previous prime location to a narrow lane. With that, they seem to have completely lost their sense of quality. The staff was rather rude and unhelpful. Pathetic and very sad to see Saravana Bhavan in such poor condition.

Worst service ever in the chain of restaurant. Don’t ever go to this place. Food taste horrible. Price are too high, not worth it.

Worse service ever. Better to opposite upavihar. Atleast you won’t die there.
