We were at the Chennai airport around 4pm & way too hungry . We found this restaurant at the hotel within 1 km so thought to give it a try. The restaurant was almost closing when we reached but since we had called in before, the restaurant manager acknowledged us. We ordered Chicken Schezwan Noodles and Mutton Biryani and they were beyond amazing ! Incredible taste and good quality of mutton :) will definitely come again !!

The food was quite tasty and the rates very reasonable. Portions were quite good. Two biriyani s more than sufficient for 3 people easily. Fishfry. fish curry all are quite good. Service too was quite quick unlike what is experienced by many as seen in the reviews. They might have improved the service. For Sunday afternoon, the restaurant was full. Overall the experience was good

Last Sunday I went to vadapalani branch but we couldn't dine because of the crowd they couldn't even manage the crowd and alot seat.. we have waited for more than 30minutes still tat staff there was tellin 5 min 5 min worst attitude.. we r only 2 peoples so they ignore us and letting all other peoples to dine I hate tis attitude seems to be worst 😒 food is very gud but u have to change the peoples working there mainly that manager in vadapalani he s lookin like we are eating the food for free.. this experience made me to not goin there in my lifetime I had very worst awkward experience. Please serve with smile and kindness have some good gesture towards the customers

The food was okay but the service was pathetic If we order meals we have to keep asking them otherwise nothing will be served. Better to keep plates instead of banana leaf then the customer can walk and take the food kept on the side table-how is someone expected to know what all items are there in non veg meals. If you don’t ask then you don’t get papad,rasam,sambhar,curd and butter milk(or high are main items in meals). Practically the meals will not have anything. So be alert if you are ordering meals.

Pretty long waiting time. Guys here couldn’t handle a little crowd. It’s a 1 hr wait. Haven’t waited this long in my whole experience. Writing this review after ordering. Will amend this review based on food taste.

I want to share my worst experience at Virudhunagar restaurant adjacent to BMW showroom at Meenambakkam. They treat you as if you are going to run away without paying for the food. The person who brings the bill will literally stand on top of your head and watch with his/her hawk eyes you taking your wallet and placing the money in the check holder. It is a breach into my privacy. I felt as if I was a colored American in a white dominated region. Other day another manager who was a bit elderly literally waved the bill in front of my face and was seeing my reaction as if I don't afford to pay for the food. In no other restaurant in India I was treated like this. The people working there has got no standard, no idea who recruited them. Their richness is only in their outfit, to my knowledge slum dwellers are far better than them. I will never ever visit that restaurant again and will also make sure no one else does from my friends, family and relatives.

Have you been to a hotel where the government bus stops on the highway? Waiters gave us a very similar vibe by keep pushing us to order more even after we order for 5k. I don't think that's called hospitality. Food is very similar to any Madurai based on hotel, Nothing special for the price. In fact, the local parotta shop is much better IMO. Definitely won't recommend this to anyone.

Not a good place for vegetarians. They make fool out of you in billing also if you don't speak native. Cockroach infested place, covers of chair peeling off, tables chipped & terrible hygiene of cutlery and banana leaf. I pray to not get food poisoning from the food. 1st and last visit.

Attitude of the manager is bad and seems to think that people are eating for free. They do not take orders properly either and the food quality is not great either.

Very worst restaurant. Even cool drink also they are charging cost. veg biryani only available. My humble request to people don't go this hotel
