We went here to celebrate my wife's birthday. I had a very good experience right from the time I called for reservation until the end. Sharmi was very helpful and truly professional in arranging things and she coordinated very well too. And the ambience was great. Sharmi has arranged a compact igloo since I asked for a more private experience and it was wonderfully decorated and we loved the ambience. It's usually very difficult to get both Good Ambience and good food at the same place. We felt the food was very good and their service was quite good too. Nandhini was very polite and suggested some signature dishes of Igloo and it was quite good. We loved their calamari and mutton biryani and mocktails. Overall it was a great experience. Thanks team for making it a wonderful experience. Reservation is a must since we found the place was fully occupied even on weekdays.

i recently booked the igloos for a surprise birthday celebration with my husband🥰. very good kind of persons guiding and services one of the best restaurants in chennai🤩. Really super we all enjoyed the day🥳🥳. The food was very tasty 😋and had a good ambience😍. As an awesome surprise l, they took the picture of the igloos to provide the photo frames nice memories 🥳. I mentioned the name of the hotel personnel sharmi provided kind and guidance details for booking and till the date of dinner and Captain Jacob and dhamu provided great good services. Overall the day of my wonderful memorable moments...

Nice ambiance but Zomato booking valid for 2 hrs only then we were asked to make separate payment for food and drink… one bill by Zomato and other directly then when we questioned them later they agreed to pay entire payment through Zomato. Liked the food and ambiance….

the food was bland, eventhough it was mentioned as triple spicy. hygiene could also be improved as we saw a baby cockroach come up on the table from somewhere. but the cake and d3coration was nice and ambience was good.

They made us wait for 1.5 hours before giving us a seat even though we pre-booked through Zomato. The timings and details on Zomato are wrong and the restaurant doesn’t care about this mismatch. The receptionist was very rude and the food was mid.

we went for my 2yr kid birthday very disappointed 1. I had booking for 8 people. Definitely 8 people can't sit inside the place. 2. FOOD- worst food ever ate in chennai. We ordered platters. -Fish platters were worst , salty n not tasty at all - mutton biriyani another disaster cooked like fried rice - even lime soda were too salty. 3. Service -I felt bad for guy who manages all the iglos . WE adjusted
