I visited IBH on 04.01.2025 at 9pm. The food were excellent. Ambience was good. All other staffs were kind and professional except for the one guy in “grey shirt” standing in front of dessert counter. He was rude and irresponsible when we enquired about the dining in first floor. Such person’s behaviour will spoil the café for sure.

He was very rude and irresponsible when my husband enquired about the dining in first floor and he was gloating with laughs after the “comment”. Such person’s behaviour will definitely spoil the name of the cafe.

Dynamite chicken and far Felle makhani pasta was really good, highly recommend that. But the veg options are very limited, no paneer based dishes available.

The ambience was really bad...they did not have enough seats..the fan was broken literally zero ventilation.. no proper crowd management..food was nice tho

Recently visited this place after watching reels, it was pathetic! The food was below below average and the taste was horrible. We tried the matcha latte, some sparkling mango and hot buffalo chicken quesadillas. I wish I could give zero stars to all the food. Matcha tasted like straight milk, mango drink tasted very suspiciously similar to paper boat and the “hot” buffalo chicken quesadillas has boiled chicken with no spices, some jalapeños and stale cheese. I hope I don’t get sick after this

Didn't have the great experience this time with them . The food wasn't as great as it used to be. Chicken wings was not at all fresh and so rubbery like it was so stuck to the bone that we were unable to pull it apart. We thought atleast the drinks will be good that was even more worse. Artificial flavours and half tub of condensed milk in tres leches drink.

worst service ever. we waited literally for about 30 minutes and no one came to take the order. And once we placed it we didn't even recieve it. On asking they were clueless about our order and asked us to wait so that they could make it ready .

very less members are working there ... even though the crowd was normal ,they are not attending customers properly
